Over recent years, there has been a move for many schools to consider redesigning their outdoor space to facilitate a variety of functions. In many church schools this has included areas to encourage pupils to reflect, find quiet and calm and to allow for prayer, reflection and peer mediation. 

Our Spiritual Garden is used for spending time with our friends in quiet reflection. We often use the garden for Story Time where we enjoy sharing tales from the bible as we are lucky enough to have it of a size where we can enjoy collective class worship.

Each year group has their own planting area where we can learn how to grown our own vegetables and herbs.

We welcome many visitors, from all cultures, who share their beliefs and experiences with us, including the Open the Book team, Pastor Tom Geatches and Father John from St.James Church.
